What if the shipping is delayed?
Please carefully check the shipping date on tracker. If your customers haven't received their orders after 20 working days since the shipping date. Please file a claim from your app. We will send a replacement at our cost. You don't have to pay for this replacement.
The tracking status shows as delivered but my customers say they haven't got their packages. What should I do?
Check the packages's delivery information to see if the shipping address your customers provided during checkout is correct. If nothing is wrong with the address, you can contact our Live Chat team for a shipping label. Send your customer the shipping label and advise them to check with their neighbors in case they weren't home when the package arrived and their neighbors took delivery of it for them.
Can I generate tracking numbers before my orders are fulfilled?

What is the last mile delivery tracking number? How can I track it?
What is the last mile tracking number? We cooperate with Yunexpress to ship your packages from China. When the packages come to the destination countries, Yunexpress's partner - a courier will continue carrying them. The last mile tracking number is the tracking number provided by the couriers. Why do my packages have USPS shipping label while they were sent by FedEx?
In the US, when packages arrive in residential areas, FedEx often passes them for USPS to continue carrying to customers' addresses.
What if I don't want the tracking number to show the items are from China?
Don't worry! We will provide 2 types of tracking number: one from the carrier and one from the carrier's partner in destination country. If you don't want the tracking number show your items are from China, we recommend providing the last mile delivery tracking number for your customers.
